"The Ferns"
is only 20 minutes from Auckland City (off peak) and
30 minutes from the airport A short stroll through
a rainforest trail takes you to the cafés and
galleries of Titirangi Village, gateway to the Waitakere
Ranges, Auckland, New Zealand.
Throughout this magical area, approximately
200 kilometers of paths, tracks and trails lead to
charming picnic spots, meandering rainforest streams
and waterfalls - and along clifftops with stunning
views
of the Tasman Sea.
The Chalet has two bedrooms- one with
a superking bed and the other a double (full) bed.
The luxurious bathroom has a spa bath under a bifold
window opening out to the lush rainforest garden and
the sound of birdsong.
The Chalet has a small kitchen with full cooking facilities, and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The cosy living room has satellite TV, stereo, and a dining nook. Facilities include telephone, broadband (daytime
hours), security system and undercover parking.
Continental breakfast provisions are supplied for the first morning. The supermarket is only a few minutes walk through a rainforest trail leading to the village
